About The Club:

The purpose of CENOIS is to offer a fellowship of like-minded people interested in the enjoyment, mentoring and advancement of the radio arts, it’s licensed operators, and others interested in this hobby. CENOIS does not have one specific mission other than to be a social organization that strives to accommodate the varied interests of it’s members, encourage compliance with FCC rules and regulations, and follow the recommended procedures of our national organization – The ARRL.

Founded in 1934, the Central Illinois Amateur Radio Club is Illinois’s oldest continually operating club. Our members come from all age ranges and walks of life.

From big beams putting out big power to QRP. Morse Code, Phone, SSTV, Digital, you name it… we probably have someone in the club who is involved.

Stop by one of our meetings, or check in during a Sunday Night Net. All are welcome.
